Schedule your workouts in your calendar and change your behavior
Just as you schedule appointments and meetings in your calendar, you should also schedule your workouts. Choose specific times during the week when you will exercise and stick to them. This will help you establish a routine and prevent you from skipping your workouts. By treating exercise as a regular appointment, it becomes a priority instead of something you do when you happen to have time. This will help you make exercise a habit.
Combine sports with other activities
You can also work very efficiently by combining exercise with other activities. Take the stairs instead of the elevator, cycle to work more often, or exercise while watching your favorite TV program. By integrating exercise into your daily routine, you can stay more active without taking up a lot of extra time. Small changes can have a big impact on your overall health.

There are plenty of apps and gadgets that can help you exercise efficiently. Fitness apps can guide you through short workouts and track your progress.
